2. Pre-Appointment Details

Prior to your appointment, please ensure the following:

• Arrive at least 10 minutes early to your appointment.

• Arrive with a clean face / no makeup.

• Follow any specific pre-appointment instructions provided by your clinician for optimal results.

3. Cancellation Policies

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and maintain scheduling efficiency, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• If you need to cancel / reschedule your appointment, we require notification at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

• In the event of cancellation within the required timeframe, we offer a credit for the full amount of your prepaid services, which is valid for use within 90 days from the originally scheduled appointment.

• Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time or failure to attend the appointment without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the prepaid amount and no credit or refund will be issued.

4. Payment Policies

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise specified. Our payment policies include:

• A deposit of $50 is required at time of booking to secure your appointment for all treatments.

• No deposit is required for our “free consultations”.

• Fees may be charged for late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. We do not accept personal checks.
